MHCH strives to make the process of servicing warrantable items as simple and efficient as possible for you.

Every new home built and sold by MHCH includes the following:

  • 1st year items- general workmanship and materials shall be free of construction defects.
  • 2nd year items, the plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning delivery systems shall be free of construction defects.
  • 10 year items, the major structural components of the home shall be free of construction defects.

If you have an actual emergency or life safety issue, please call 911 immediately.

For appliance warranty claims, please list the model and serial numbers in the description. These may be found on the appliance and in your Homeowner Manual. If you have a persistent plumbing leak, a water leak requiring the whole home shut off, sewer line backing up, or all of your A/C units are inoperable; after-hours work may be offered.

All other warranty work will be addressed during regular business hours (M-F, non-holidays).
